Day 2

We found out at supper last night that I64 West had lots more road construction and the main bridge in St. Louis was closed so we headed north out of Kentucky and went up to Indianapolis and then took I74 West across Indiana and Illinois. We stopped tonight in Davenport, Iowa and will continue west tomorrow

Just before we crossed the Mississippi River at the border of IL and IO there was terrible wreck and somebody had flipped a truck and camper. We were hot and miserable, but after seeing that we counted our blessings.

Met a super sweet lady in Farmer City, IL at Imo's Family Restaurant and we shared the web site with her, so she'll be tagging along too.

Our dinner buzzer just rang, gotta go
