Day 5

Well we finally made it to Montana. We have stopped for the night in Judith Gap. We stopped here to grab some water, cool off and borrow some wi-fi to find a place to stay. All of the places close by were either sold out or very expensive, but the owner told us they had just added some cottages around back and so here we are. The owners are originally from Nottingham, England and had moved to the states and bought a house in Florida and one here in Montana. They quickly got tired of the drive and sold the FL home and bought this place in 2010. They hooked us up with a room, cooked us supper and were super nice.

For the first time since we left home we made reservations for tomorrow night at a KOA cabin. We were concerned that we would get to Glacier tomorrow and not have a place to sleep and have to drive to the next town or spend a fortune. We're gonna take our time tomorrow and explore some back country, stay at the KOA and go to Glacier on Sunday. We figured tomorrow would be packed, so hopefully Sunday will be a less traffic.

Not too many pictures today, except for the welcome signs and horses. We rode through the Cheyenne and Crow Indian Reservations today.

I thought we carried a lot of stuff with us, but the chick in the top right picture was hauling a ton of stuff - you go girl.

Big Hugs to all
